A new year means new resolutions for the year – amiright?!
Well, along with 3/4 of the world’s population, one of my resolutions is to get in better shape. Throughout the past year, I have completely changed my workout and eating habits, but what actually gave me a jumpstart last year, was participating in the Advocare 24 Day Challenge.
I thoroughly enjoyed doing it (even though it was very hard at first…) because by the end of it I no longer had cravings (bye bye candy and Chick-fil-A!) and it made me want to continue to eat well and to put healthy things into my body to feel good.
However, a lot of people think Advocare is a quick fix to slim down. I would definitely say it can help you get on the right path, but like anything, you get out what you put in.
Over the next 24 days, I will be sharing a check-in after the first 10 days (Cleanse Phase) and then after days 11-24 (Max Phase) and any other recipes or tips and tricks I figure out along the way.
